Of Whom Am I Afraid

This new film was directed by Thom Duncan and it was an adaptation of the Pulitzer Prize winning author James Tate's poem.  This film had a great look with the feeling of a silent film.  It was a great chance to pull out a clawhammer banjo and score a film with a classic appalacian pallette set to a lonely quirky character driven story.  I have a feeling we will see this one in a few festivals in the near future.

Southern Gothic & Poke the Sleeping Bear

Posted on June 1st 2008

Big News - Southern Gothic has been picked up for distribution from IFC.  This will bring great exposure for this film I worked on with my good friend Mark Young.  Not only a reputable DVD distribution but IFC also has a broadcast cable network that will air Southern Gothic in the near future.

I am also pleased to announce that Poke the Sleeping Bear won Best Short Film at the Solstice Film Festival.  A special congratulations goes out to Dave Temple who wrote, produced, directed, and starred in the film - this was his labor of love.
